Smoothie – 3 Healthy Ways
Ingredients

Almond Milk
Ingredients

Almond – 150 gms
Water – 1.5 Liters

Method:
1. Soak the almond overnight.
2. Add soaked almond and water into the mixer jar.
3. We are using Kent Turbo grinder & blender, select the Soy Milk mode.
4. Now strain it. Almond Milk is ready now. Let's do the smoothie using almond milk.

Morning Sunshine
Ingredients

Pineapple
Mango
Frozen Banana – 2 nos
Almond Milk – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp
Honey – 2 TBSP

Method:
1. Chop the mangoes, pineapples and bananas roughly.
2. Add the chopped fruits in the mixer jar.
3. Add almond milk, vanilla essence and honey into the mixer jar.
4. We are using Kent Turbo grinder & blender, select the Smoothie mode.
5. Your smoothie will be ready in a minute, pour it into a glass and serve chilled.

Orange Blast
Ingredients

Carrot
Papaya
Orange
Frozen Banana – 2 nos
Almond Milk – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp
Honey – 2 TBSP

Method:
1. Peel and cut the oranges, papaya, and carrots.
2. Add the frozen banana, chopped fruits, almond milk, vanilla essence and honey into the mixer jar and blend it.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve chilled.

Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients

Frozen Banana – 4 nos
Rolled oats – 1 cup
Almond Milk – 2 cups
Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp
Honey – 2 TBSP

Method:
1. Add the frozen banana, rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla essence and honey into the mixer jar and blend it.
2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve chilled.
