Namkeen
Ingredients

All purpose flour – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Ghee – 4 tsp
Water
Oil

Method:
1.Take 1 cup of Maida or All purpose flour, add 1 tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Black Sesame seeds. 4 tsp of Ghee and mix everything together with Water.
2.Knead it till you get stiff dough and let it sit for 15 minutes.
3.Take a little of the Dough and roll it out flat. Cut it into Diamond shapes.
4.Take a wide sauce pan and add Oil. Once Oil is hot, Place the pieces into the pan.
5.Keep the flame on medium high and fry them till you get brown colour.
Crispy Namkeen snack is ready to serve with tea or coffee.
