This Tostada has the perfect blend of flavors and textures – the crunch of the French loaf with soft mushrooms and creamy cheese with just a hint of spice.


French loaf
chopped Onion
Cream – 3 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
chopped Thyme – 1/4 tsp
chopped Garlic 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Cheddar cheese – 2 tsp
Garlic Butter
Salt to taste

1. Sauté onions in butter with garlic and add some chopped mushroom, chopped thyme, salt,
pepper, cheddar cheese and olives.
2. Apply some garlic butter on the French loaf and toast it.
3. Place the mushroom mixture on top of the loaf.
4. Garnish with olives and thyme
