Mango Rava Cake
Ingredients

Mango Puree
Rava/Semolina/Sooji – 1/2 cup
Maida/All purpose flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Almond Essence – 1 Tsp
Baking powder – 1 1/2 Tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 Tsp
Pinch of Salt

Method

1. In a bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients together.
4. Grease a cake tin and pour in the cake batter.
5. Bake it in the oven.
6. Let the cake cool down and unmould it.
7. Mango Rava Cake is ready to be decorated and served. Dust the cake with icing sugar and serve it.
