This flow takes you through hip opening poses in the standing position. These are important foundational poses that are very helpful in opening tight hips. Each can be attempted to your maximum capacity and should not be forced. This flow is to be repeated on both sides.

Low lunge, twisted variation, Parsvakonasana, bound arms variation of Parshvakonasana, Trikonasana, Wide Leg Squat/ Utkata Konasana.
