Fun workout for 4 minutes, we are going to combine battle ropes and body weight exercises. First we gonna combine 10 Push ups & High alternate on Battle ropes. After that take a minute rest. And then 10 Bent over row & low alternate on battle ropes, take a minute rest. After that 10 Kettlebell swings & Alternate arm reverse lunge on Battle ropes, take a minute rest. Last we gonna do 10 Weighted sit ups & Alternate squats on battle ropes, take a minute rest. Do 2 rounds of this exercises.
