Creamy Buttery Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes – 4 no
Pouring Cream – 1/2 cup
Salt – 2 tsp
Butter
Chopped Chives
Pepper – 2 tsp

Method:
1.Take the potatoes in a wide pot, add some butter to it, keep in low flame and mix well.
2.Add about 2 tsp salt , 2 tsp pepper and mix everything well.
3.Mash potatoes using masher or a strong ladle and pour the cream half way through the mashing.
4.Garnish it with butter and chopped chives.
Creamy Buttery Mashed Potatoes is ready to serve.
