Club Sandwich
Ingredients

Bread – 4 slice
Cheese – 1 slice
Iceberg Lettuce
Salami – 4 slice
Egg – 2
Milk – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Olive Oil – 1 tsp

Method:
1.In a bowl, crack open two eggs, add salt, pepper, milk and whisk it all together.
2.In a wide pan, add some olive oil and pour beated eggs and slow cook it.
3.Close the pan and let it cook with the steam.
4.Layer the omelette between two breads and Place sice of cheese,salami and some lettuce and close it with another bread.
5.Toast it on both sides.
Enjoy delicious club sandwich.
