Boneless Chicken (cut into small pieces)- 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Pepper – 1 small tsp
Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce – 1 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Egg – 1
1.To Marinate Chicken: Add 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, a tsp of pepper, a tsp of paprika powder, salt, 1 tsp of soy sauce to the chicken and mix well.
2.Whisk an egg and 2 tsp of corn flour to mixture and marinate for about 10 minutes.
3.Take a few pieces of the marinated chicken, roll them in a plate of bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
Crunchy chicken nuggets are ready to serve.
