Carrot & Coriander Salad

Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
A few Chopped Coriander (Malli)
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

For Tempering
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli – 1
Asafoetida powder- 1/4 tsp

1. In a large mixing bowl, add the grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, salt, lime juice and mix together.
2. For tempering: Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, one dry red chilli and a dash of asafoetida powder.
3. Pour the tempering to the salad and mix well. Now, your salad is ready to serve.
