Andhra Masala powder is a versatile spiced powder that enhances the flavor profile of vegetarian dishes lending them a unique taste. Most vegetables on the likes of okra, eggplant, ivy gourd and bitter gourd taste remarkably good when seasoned with this podi.
Andhra Masala powder
Broken Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Dry Red chilies – 5
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
A few cloves of Garlic
Grated Dry Coconut – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Roast all the ingredients separately in a pan.
2. Add salt and grind it.
