Tomatoes
Tannic acid in tomatoes stimulate acid production in the gastrointestinal tract, which leads to gastric disorders.

Banana
Will lead to increase in the amount of Magnesium in the blood. This may harm the heart.

Citrus Fruits
High level of citric acid cause heartburn and also increase the risk of gastritis.

Cucumber
They can cause abdominal pain, heartburn, flatulence, and general discomfort.

Pears
Pears have crude fiber, which can injure the mucous membranes of an empty stomach.

Yogurt
The lactic acid in yogurt gets killed by your stomach’s hydrochloric acid if you haven’t eaten anything else.

Spicy Foods
Triggers the release of gastric acid, which further creates the possibility of developing gastric disorders.
