Cut down on processed foods
Processed foods such as refined foods, fried foods, junk foods and biscuits are not good for you. Cutting down completely may be little difficult at;east you can cut down slowly.

Balanced meal
Balance in every meal, there needs to be a portion of carbohydrates, protien, fats, minerals and vitamins. Make sure you get that balance right in every meal.

Drink enough water
Make sure you drink atleast 3 litres of water everyday. Drink water hydrate yourself.

Inclusion of whole grains, fruits and vegetables
All of these are fibre rich foods they are going to help you keep full through the day. Fruits atleast 1 serving a day, vegetables atleast 2 serving a day is important.

Gut health
Your stomach and gut needs to be strong, make sre you feed your gut with right kind of food. Foods for your gut is probiotic and prebiotics such as yougurt or curd. Once your gut is healthy all the food you are going to eat its going to get absorbed by the body.
