Chapati Sandwich
Chapati Sandwich is an easy recipe that can be had both as a snack or as a lunch box recipe. It bursts with flavors. It is filled with veggies and cheese and it will be a sure hit with the kids.

For Filling
Paneer – 200 Gms
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 2 Tsp
Chopped Ginger – 2 Tsp
Green Chili – 1 No.
Onion – 1 No. Chopped
Green Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Red Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Tomato – 2 Nos Chopped
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Juice Of 1 Lemon

Method:
1. Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, capsicum and saute it
2. Add tomatoes and all the spice powders and salt
3. Once you saute the mixture, add chopped paneer
4. Add lemon juice and turn off the stove
5. Add coriander leaves and mix it well and keep the filling aside.
6. Take a chapati and place some cheese first, place the filling and add cheese on top
7. Fold the chapati and place it in a tawa
8. Add some butter and toast the chapati sandwich
9. Serve the chapati with some mint chutney
10. For mint chutney – Grind 2 green chili, A small piece of ginger, mix of some coriander & mint leaves, extract the juice of 1 lemon and finally add some salt to taste. (add water as required)

Butter
Onion – 1 no(chopped)
Capsicum – 1 no(chopped)

Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup(grated)
Garlic – 1/4 cup(chopped)
Ginger – 1/4 cup(chopped)
Chaat Masala
Schezwan Paste

Method
1. Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, garlic, ginger, capsicum, and tomatoes.
2. Add salt, chat masala and schezwan paste.
3. Mix well and add paneer and mozzarella cheese and cook the masala.
4. Add coriander leaves and mix it well and keep the filling aside.
5. Take a burger bun and fill it with the cooked filling.
6. In a tawa, add some butter and add some onions, cheese, coriander leaves and schezwan paste and saute it.
7. Roll the filled burger on the tawa.
8. Toast it on all sides.
9. Your Tawa Burger is ready to be served.

Pitted Dates – 10 Nos Chopped
Tamarind Puree – 1/2 Cup
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Black Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Dry Ginger Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Powdered Jaggery – 2 Tsp
Water
To make Mint Chutney
Green Chilli – 2 Nos
A Small piece of Ginger
Coriander & Mint Leaves – 1 Cup
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt to taste
Water – 1 TBSP

Method
1.Cut potato pieces into small cubes
2.Shallow fry the potato pieces till they are golden brown in color
3.Take thefried potato pieces in a pan, and add all the spice powders, coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chutney and tamarind chutney
Mix well
4.Layer the potato pieces in a plate and layer it with chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chaat masala, and the spice chutneys
5.Garnish with Pomegranate seeds / Cashew nuts / Raisins and nylon sev
