Navasana – Boat pose – hold for 20 sec to 40sec and 1 min. Repeat 5 times
Sethu Bandhasana – Bridge pose – hold for 1 min to 2 min . Repeat 5 times . try with one leg raised.
Viparithakarani – leg-up back rested pose 2min to 5 min
Sharvangasana – Leg-up from neck pose hold for 5 min
Halasana – Plow pose – 5 to 10 min with steady and slow breathing.
Pavanamuktasana – wind removing pose hold for 2 min
