Mushroom stir fry
Ingredients

Button mushroom – 400 gm
Onion – 1 1/2 sliced
Oil – 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 2 tsp
Chopped Garlic cloves
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Take a wok or a wide pan and pour 1 1/2 tsp of oil.
2. Add chopped onion and saute it.
3. Add garlic, mushroom and mix it well.
4. Pour 1 tsp soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and mix it all together.
5. Once the mushroom got cooked well, add a spoon of corn flour and mix it well.
Delicious Mushroom stir fry is ready to taste!
